Terms of Service

Effective Date: August 15, 2026 • Last Updated: October 10, 2026 • Dataflee LLP

1. Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using the Dataflee POS mobile application or web administration console, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not access or use the application.

2. Software License & Usage

Dataflee LLP grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use Dataflee POS for internal retail point-of-sale and inventory operations. You agree not to decompile, reverse engineer, or redistribute the software without authorization.

3. Plans & Pricing

Offline billing in Dataflee POS is free for a single user, and every new shop starts with a 30-day trial. The paid PRO plans, PRO Monthly at ₹300 per month and PRO Yearly at ₹3,000 per year, add cloud sync, sales reports, AI insights and QR menu ordering. The price that applies is the one shown at the time of purchase. When a trial or a paid plan ends, the app continues on the free offline plan.

4. Payments & Billing

In-app purchases and subscriptions purchased through Google Play are billed and managed in accordance with Google Play’s billing terms. Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled via your Google Play account prior to the renewal date.

Purchases made on pos.dataflee.com are processed by Razorpay. Where a plan is set up as a recurring payment, Razorpay shows you the recurring charge before you approve it. We apply a website purchase to the shop registered with the email address you give at checkout, so use the email you registered with in the app. If we cannot match your payment to a shop, we will activate it once you contact us with your payment reference.

5. Refunds & Cancellation

Refunds and cancellations are covered by our Refund & Cancellation Policy. You can cancel a paid plan at any time; offline billing keeps working on your device afterwards.

6. Disclaimer & Local Data Responsibility

Dataflee POS is provided "as is". As an offline-first system, merchants are responsible for maintaining local device security and utilizing the built-in backup and export utilities to safeguard critical transaction records.
